Definetly ! from seeing your student magazine, i can see a huge improvement in both your photoshop and indesign skills well done. However, i still think you could improve in many ways to ensuring you make your image much clearly in terms of taking the image in a way that is easily looked at. Additionally, i think your cover is relatively good however, you could improve the size of the font as well as, the font . It was not very appealing to me however, by using the colour scheme of blue etc,i thought it looked good even the red which stood out.
